Yoon & Kim LLP Associates and Other ProfessionalsSAMMY J. KYE Sammy Kye’s practice includes commercial litigation and corporate transactions. Mr. Kye served as law clerk to all Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Administrative Hearings in Sacramento, California. Mr. Kye was also employed with the Office of the District Attorney, County of Sacramento while in law school. Mr. Kye received his J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is also a graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business where he received his B.S. with a dual major in Finance and International Business. Mr. Kye is admitted to practice in California and New York. MOON JUNG CHOI Moon Jung Choi's practice includes commercial litigation, international, and real estate matters. Prior to joining Yoon & Kim, Ms. Choi worked as a legal assistant for Overseas Koreans Foundation, a branch of Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and clerked for the City of Cleveland Law Department. Ms. Choi graduated, cum laude, from Boston University with a B.A. in International Relations and received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is fluent in Korean. JAMES SONG James Song's practice includes commercial litigation and real estate matters. He is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is fluent in Korean. KANG Edward Kang is a paralegal at the Firm. Prior to joining Yoon & Kim, Mr. Kang interned at Congressman Gary L. Ackerman's (D-Queens/Long Island) office. Mr. Kang graduated, cum laude, from SUNY Binghamton where he received his B.A. with a major in History and minor in Asian/Asian American Studies. He is proficient in Korean. YOUNG D. KIM Young D. Kim is a third year student at St. John's University School of Law. Mr. Kim earned his B.A. in Psychology from St. John's University. He is actively involved in his church, The Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, where he volunteers as a Sunday School teacher. |
